5-Stage Quality
Control Process

From the moment raw materials enter our plant to the moment a bag reaches your site, quality is verified at every stage.

01
Raw Material Testing
All incoming raw materials are tested against approved specifications before acceptance into production.
02
Batching Control
Automated gravimetric batching ensures precise raw material ratios in every production batch.
03
In-Process Testing
Physical and chemical tests conducted during production to detect and correct any variation immediately.
04
Finished Product QC
Each batch is tested for tensile adhesion, slip, open time, and consistency before approval for dispatch.
05
Batch Traceability
Every bag carries a batch code linking it to full production and test records — complete supply chain traceability.

What We Test
on Every Batch

Tensile Adhesion Strength
Pull-off test per EN 1348. Minimum 0.5–1.5 N/mm² depending on grade.
Slip Resistance (Non-Sag)
T-class test: tile slip less than 0.5 mm on vertical surface.
Open Time
E-class test: adhesive retains ≥ 0.5 N/mm² after 20 minutes open time.
Deformability (Flexibility)
S1 class: transverse deformation ≥ 2.5 mm for flexible adhesives.
Water Immersion Adhesion
Adhesion after 7-day water immersion (min ≥ 0.5 N/mm²).
Heat Aging Adhesion
Adhesion after 14-day heat aging at 70°C (min ≥ 0.5 N/mm²).
